Position Summary Key Responsibilities: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and customize recruitment efforts to meet those needs. • Review and analyze resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, managing communications throughout the recruitment process. • Extend offers, manage negotiations, and provide insights on market trends to ensure competitive offers. • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress and effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruiting, with demonstrated sourcing skills. • Proven success in recruiting for various IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and other technical positions. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates. • Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including diversity hiring and maintaining a positive candidate experience. • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple open positions simultaneously Qualifications SG is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
