Summary: We are looking for an experienced People Partner with experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Partner roles to work closely with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will serve as a strategic HR advisor across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and change management, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and priorities. Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, people matters, organizational effectiveness, and workplace concerns. Drive talent management initiatives including talent development, succession planning, career development, and retention of key talent. Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, continuous feedback, performance improvement, and building a high-performance culture. Support organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote an inclusive, collaborative, and positive employee experience. Coach and influence managers on effective people management, leadership practices, and resolution of complex employee issues. Leverage people insights and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable people solutions. Qualifications: 12+ years of significant experience in HR Business Partnering / People Partner roles. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders in a strategic HR capacity. Strong experience across employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development. Demonstrated experience in driving change management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's/MBA in HR preferred.
