We're Hiring | HR Generalist (Female Only)

We are hiring a Female HR Generalist for an implant role at our client location, while the candidate will be on the payroll of Weavings Manpower Solutions.

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Location: Kharghar

Salary: Up to Rs. 30,000 CTC

Education: Graduate is mandatory - HR education (MBA HR /PGDM HR / MSW) will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end employee onboarding

- Payroll coordination and support

- Handling employee grievances

- Managing day-to-day HR operations at client site

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Logistics / E-commerce industry

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Prior implant HR role experience will be an added advantage
