Qualification & Experience:
MBA / MSW in HR or equivalent qualification.
02-05 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, or project-based organizations.

Job Description:
HR Generalist for the Southern region, managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites/projects. The role involves frequent site visits, statutory compliance, employee relations, and close coordination with corporate HR to ensure consistent HR practices aligned with company policies and labour law
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1- HR Generalist Activities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations for the South region, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR interventions at regional/sites level.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers for HR-related matters.
Maintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and reports as required.
2- Site Visits & Employee Relations:
Conduct regular site/project visits across the South region.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in coordination with line managers.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures at sites.
Support manpower planning and coordination with project/site teams.
3- Statutory & Labour Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (CLRA, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors for labour compliance and documentation.
Liaise with statutory authorities, inspectors, and auditors during inspections and audits.
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records for the region.
4- Recruitment & Manpower Support:
Coordinate regional recruitment for site, plant, and office roles in alignment with corporate HR.
Support onboarding of contractual and permanent employees.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely manpower deployment.
5- Training & HR Initiatives:
Support implementation of training, induction, and awareness programs (HR policies, compliance, POSH, safety, etc.).
Assist in rolling out corporate HR initiatives and change management programs at regional level.
6- Travel & Coordination:
Extensive travel across South India for site visits, audits, and employee interactions.
Coordinate with Corporate HR, regional business heads, project managers, and external agencies.
Skills Required:
1- Sound knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
2- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4- Integrity in handling confidential information.
