
We Are Hiring An HR Executive
Position Overview:
The HR Executive / Recruiter is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the organisation. The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with production and business requirements.

Any Graduation
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparation of job requisitions, job postings, and coordinating with hiring consultants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure regular updates.
• Ensure adherence to manpower budget and recruitment approval matrix.
• Prepare offer letters within the approved CTC range as guided by the reporting manager.
B. Blue-Collar & Shop Floor Hiring:
• Coordinate for bulk hiring drives for operators, technicians, helpers, and contract manpower.
• Liaison with local ITIs, polytechnics, and skill development institutes.
• Maintain a database of contract manpower vendors.
• Support onboarding formalities for workmen and trainees.
C. Campus & Apprentice Trainee Hiring:
• Coordinate campus recruitment programs.
• Maintain relationships with technical institutes (ITI, Diploma, and Engineering colleges).
• Support apprenticeship and trainee hiring under applicable schemes.
D. Recruitment Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure complete documentation and verification before onboarding.
• Maintain employee recruitment files.
• Support the background verification process.
E. Employer Branding & Talent Database:
• Support HR in organizing job fairs and/or walk-in recruitment drives.
• Maintain presence on LinkedIn and other social media portals.
• Build and maintain talent pipeline database.
F. HR Support Activities:
• Assist in onboarding and induction coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide recruitment reports and MIS to management.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs:
• Timely Closure of Positions – Achieve target time-to-fill and close at least 85% of positions within the timeline.
• Quality of Hiring – Making sure that the hiring matches the requirements and ensures the hiring manager’s satisfaction.
• Sourcing Effectiveness – Increase direct sourcing ratio through varied sources and maintain an active candidate database.
• Recruitment Cost Management – Ensure recruitment costs remain within the approved budget.
• Process Compliance – 100% documentation accuracy and adherence to approval workflow.
• Bulk Hiring Efficiency – Mobilize workforce within production deadlines and ensure a strong attendance ratio.
