Job Summary
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports organizational goals by ensuring effective people management and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage employee onboarding process and documentation
Conduct induction and orientation sessions
Handle exit formalities, interviews, and final settlements
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll vendors
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture 5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal cycles
Track KPIs, goal-setting, and performance reviews
Support managers in performance improvement plans 6. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with managers
Organize internal and external training programs
Maintain training records and feedbac
