Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified Instructional Designers through multiple channels.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiation.

• Instructional Design Understanding

  • Evaluate candidates’ expertise in learning design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model).

  • Assess portfolios for e-learning modules, blended learning programs, and digital content.

  • Ensure candidates align with organizational culture and training needs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to forecast ID requirements.

  • Provide insights on market trends and talent availability.

  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires into the learning team.

• Process Improvement

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.

  • Recommend strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to L&D or instructional design roles.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to balance strategic hiring with operational execution.
