Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in processing payroll inputs and handling attendance and leave management.
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain HR MIS reports and assist in audits.
Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and collect feedback.
Support in skill development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
