Sarthi India IT Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and people-centric HR Manager to lead our human resources department. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from scouting top-tier tech talent to building a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our workplace remains productive, compliant, and rewarding.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in sourcing IT professionals (Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers).
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus placements.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and professional development workshops.
Conduct regular "pulse checks" and feedback sessions to maintain a positive work environment.
Formulate and update company policies in alignment with current Indian labor laws.
Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
Oversee the annual and quarterly performance appraisal cycles (KPIs/OKRs).
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to help employees grow within the company.
Experience: 4–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in the IT industry.
Education: MBA in HR, Post-Graduation in Human Resources, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HRMS tools (like Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox) and MS Office.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language].
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws and IT industry hiring trends.
