The Junior Human Resource Executive will support the HR department in carrying out day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, employee engagement, and other administrative HR activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources.
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support performance appraisal process and training coordination.
Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and labor laws.
