About the Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR/Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements provided by the hiring manager or client.

Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist relevant candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings/interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates during the interview process.

Maintain and update candidate database regularly.

Assist in onboarding and joining formalities (if part of internal HR).

Provide daily/weekly recruitment reports to the team lead/manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration, Psychology).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Willingness to work under tight deadlines and targets.

Internship experience in HR or recruitment.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job posting platforms.
