Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Maintain employee master data, attendance, and HR documentation
Manage payroll processing, validation, and coordination with accounts
Ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory payments
Handle statutory compliance – PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave, etc.
Coordinate and support statutory compliance audits and inspections
Prepare and submit returns, challans, and reports as per statutory norms
Liaise with PF, ESI, Labour Department and other authorities
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and warning letters
Monitor grooming standards, discipline, and HR policies
Prepare HR MIS, daily/monthly reports
Support training & development initiatives
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance Audits
Good understanding of Labour Laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information
