We’re looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and passionate about building strong teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation when required
