We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and issue offer letters
Conduct reference checks and background verification
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems
Experience in bulk hiring or tech hiring (if applicable)
Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting
