Job Title: Technical RecruiterLocation: Noida Experience: 1–2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time (Immediate joiner)Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience in hiring across multiple technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and databases.Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.Schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates.Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.Ensure smooth documentation, onboarding and joining process.Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.1–2 years of experience in IT / Technical hiring.Knowledge of technologies like Java, .Net, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Support roles, etc.Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).Strong negotiation and coordination skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring.Client handling / stakeholder management.Ability to work under deadlines.
