Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at Jaagruk Bharat to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk or corporate hiring).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using job portals and social media for sourcing.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.
