The Global Resourcing team is operating in multiple locations around the globe and provides resourcing coordination support to Talent Engagement Teams of Diageo, across 5 Continents. Interact with Talent Engagement team members, HRBPs, employees, Line Managers and other first point Teams across Europe and Americas. Work in close partnership with the Talent Engagement teams to influence customer service experience. This role has no direct financial responsibility . Interacts with Diageo colleagues, including HR stakeholders and Line Managers of all Europe / Africa /America markets. This role will also be Back up in case of any Telephonic failures in APAC region. Works closely with the Market Stakeholders for all assigned markets, First Point Leadership team, Global Process Delivery teams, to manage the team’s operations. Leads the process improvement and simplification agenda as part of the project inputs. To build outstanding partnership with Talent Managers and provide first class service to candidates The person in this role will be dedicated to managing end to end Interview scheduling activities. Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting queries Builds great partnership with Talent Managers Manages end to end interview scheduling (contact interview team, call Candidates, being SPOC for all resourcing related queries) Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements Experience required/Skills/capabilities/Languages 2 - 4 year s of experience Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday, Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued) Good communication and logical skills Aptitude to quickly pick up systems and applications is a must Able to build great working relationships across the other first point teams and resolver group s Worker Type : Regular Primary Location: Bangalore Karle Town SEZ Additional Locations : Job Posting Start Date : 2026-07-29 Experience Level Entry Level
