HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.

• Schedule and follow up on interview rounds.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Support the onboarding process for new joiners.

• Collect and verify employee documents.

• Prepare and maintain employee files.

3. Attendance & HR Operations

• Help in monitoring attendance and maintaining daily trackers.

• Coordinate with different departments for timely data collection.

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and HR MIS.

4. Employee Engagement

• Support HR team in planning and executing engagement activities.

• Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and communication drives.

5. Compliance & Data Management

• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

• Update HR databases and trackers on a regular basis.

• Assist in policy communication and compliance awareness.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.

• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Educational Qualification:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
