Job Description

Recruitment:  Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.  Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.  Coordinate interviews and prepare materials.  Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide feedback.  Extend job offers and negotiate terms.  Create set of written pre-interview questions to assess candidates  Facilitate onboarding, including orientation sessions.  Ability to create Salary & CTC for candidates (PF, ESIC, BONUS, PL, PT) Training and Development:  Identify training needs through evaluations and feedback.  Design, develop, and deliver training programs.  Create materials and resources for learning objectives.  Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements. HR Administration:  Maintain accurate employee records, including files and evaluations.  Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.  Support HR initiatives like engagement surveys and recognition programs.  Handle employee inquiri
