We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in building strong teams. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and skilled at identifying talent that fits both role requirements and company culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Understand hiring requirements with department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding support
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate suitability beyond resumes
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of HR best practices and hiring laws
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Industry-specific hiring experience (IT, Sales, Healthcare, etc.)
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition
