HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client or internal hiring requirements and job specifications.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.

• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Good negotiation and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment.

  • Knowledge of different hiring techniques (mass hiring, headhunting, etc.).

  • Target-driven and proactive attitude.
