Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining dates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare and release offer letters and other recruitment documents.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring status.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
You will hire blue collar or white collar people for pan india.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
