Job Overview

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The role involves working on Tier 1 / Direct Client requirements and supporting the complete recruitment cycle for the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.

• Work on Tier 1 / Direct Client requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Handle rate negotiation and candidate closure.

• Manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment.

• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

• Understanding of US work authorization/visa categories such as H1B, OPT, GC, and USC.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to work in a US night shift.

• Ability to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
