Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join US in Yelahanka, Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment who is eager to grow and take ownership of end-to-end HR responsibilities.

The role involves active participation in recruitment, payroll support, leave and attendance management, and other core HR functions, contributing directly to organizational efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Internal Hiring)

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various departments

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

  • Manage onboarding activities and ensure compliance with HR processes

2. Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll data preparation and processing

  • Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records

  • Address employee queries related to payroll in a timely manner

3. Leave & Attendance Management

  • Process employee leave requests in line with company policies

  • Track attendance and maintain accurate leave and attendance records

  • Generate periodic reports as required

4. General HR Operations

  • Support employee relations, HR initiatives, and policy implementation

  • Maintain employee documentation and HR databases

  • Ensure adherence to internal HR procedures and compliance standards


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment or HR operations

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline (preferred)


Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment

  • Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and HR operations

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
