We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team
Location : Bangalore, Yelahanka
Responsibilities:
Household Operations: Ensuring smooth running of home — meal preparation, grocery ordering, repairs, purchases, AMC checks, events, etc.
Staff Supervision: Monitoring daily attendance, hygiene, task adherence and performance of household staff (housekeepers, drivers, cooks, etc.)
Vendor Sourcing & Co-ordination: Identifying the right vendors for home or personal services, and coordinating appointments. Physically supervising vendor visits for services like pest control, appliance repair, and maintenance
Inventory Checks: Managing and restocking household essentials (cleaning supplies, pantry items, etc.)
Purchases: Managing all sorts of lifestyle purchases – right from doing personalized research, to coordinating deliveries – across categories such as electronics, home décor, furniture etc.
Facilitating Home Services: Facilitating key services like deep cleaning, preventive maintenance, wardrobe organization, etc., and coordinating with the House helps to ensure smooth execution
Meal Planning & Grocery Management: Curating weekly meal plans basis the lifestyle & preferences, working with the home cook to ensure seamless execution, including replenishment of groceries.
Event Execution: Ensuring smooth execution of at-home parties, gatherings, functions. Facilitating one-off special projects like renovations, moving houses, poojas, or setting up a home office.
On-Ground Errands: Handling day-to-day outside work as communicated by the patron such as picking up parcels, getting items repaired, or managing deliveries.
Lifestyle & Personal Errands: Coordinating tasks like travel arrangements, bookings, festive gifting, event planning etc. Creating and managing service calendar for the same.
Overall Oversight & Responsibility: Ensures things are happening smoothly, timely & efficiently on ground, with minimal intervention needed from family members.
Skills and Abilities:
A Graduate with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
Understanding of safeguarding and data protection principles.
Awareness of health and safety requirements within a residential setting.
Familiarity with record-keeping, filing systems, and managing databases.
Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler license holder
Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
