Job Summary :
Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top-quality candidates for open positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for finding the best candidates to join the team. Prior experience in sourcing is a must.
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. ● Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates through various channels. ● Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool. ● Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the process. ● Manage candidate relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. ● Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding new hires. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview notes. ● Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends. Qualifications And Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing. ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ● Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview techniques. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and google drive. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. ● Passion for discovering exceptional talent and contributing to organizational success
