Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Blue Collar Hiring Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of delivery partners for leading clients such as Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Shadowfax. This role involves sourcing, screening, on boarding, and achieving daily hiring targets for field delivery roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential delivery partners through job portals, social media, field drives, and local networks.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Manage bulk hiring for delivery roles across different cities or pin codes.

Coordinate with client SPOCs for daily hiring requirements and updates.

Guide selected candidates through documentation and onboarding process.

Maintain a strong database of delivery partners for future requirements.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Manage attendance and joinings of onboarded delivery partners.

Build relationships with field coordinators, delivery hubs, and partner leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 Months–3 years of experience in blue collar / field / delivery hiring.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with platforms like Jobhai, Apna, OLX, QuikrJobs, WorkIndia etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking data.

Field hiring experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience hiring for Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, or Shadowfax.

Candidates from staffing, logistics, or gig workforce hiring background.

Ready to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
