We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and Non-IT Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and release offer letters
Maintain recruitment records and reports
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
