HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Bulk & Lateral Hiring (Female)

Location: Mira Road (East), Mumbai

Work Hours: 10 am – 7 pm, Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Compensation: Up to ₹18,000 per month (final offer depends on interview performance)

About the Role

We’re expanding our talent-acquisition team and looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can manage both bulk and lateral hiring mandates across diverse functions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a solid foundation in recruitment while working in a supportive, weekday-only environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and evaluate communication & role fit

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and weekly reports

• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding activities

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers welcome – any graduate discipline

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) are a must

• Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
