🔍 Job Summary:

Taizo Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates across various roles. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about hiring and talent acquisition, especially within manufacturing and industrial sectors.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and regularly update job descriptions for open roles.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

• Coordinate and evaluate technical/aptitude assessments.

• Manage job postings and updates on hiring platforms.

• Shortlist potential candidates and work closely with hiring managers.

• Conduct reference and background checks.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (minimum qualification)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years

• Preferred Background: Experience in recruitment consultancies or in hiring for auto component sectors (CNC/VMC operators, etc.)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with resume databases and sourcing tools

  • Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques

  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
