Role Overview:

SuperSeva Global Services is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities,including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and

supporting onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

✅Source and screen candidates through job portals &networks

✅Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles

✅Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

✅Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups

✅Support joining and onboarding processes

🎓Graduate in any discipline

💻2-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

🗣️Strong communication and interpersonal skills

📊Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

⏳Immediate availability will be an added advantage
