We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage blue collar recruitment across multiple functions
such as field executive . The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring, vendor management, and
field sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles such as Fiel executives, drivers, technicians, housekeeping staff, etc.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through field sourcing, job portals, social media, referrals, agencies,
and local job fairs.
Liaise with external vendors, training partners, and staffing agencies to fulfill manpower requirements.
Conduct preliminary screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with operations for final rounds.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for daily/weekly reporting.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and relevant labor laws.
Support onboarding activities such as document collection, offer issuance, and induction.
Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to forecast hiring needs based on business demands.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
5-6 years of experience in blue collar or high-volume hiring.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for blue collar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field sourcing activities.
Comfortable with travel for recruitment drives (if required).
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools preferred.
Must have fluency in the local language
