We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support offer preparation and joining formalities coordination.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.
