We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand job requirements, source quality candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Understand job descriptions and manpower needs from hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn), references, and social media.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.

• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and schedule next rounds.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

• Manage candidate coordination, follow-ups, and feedback.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Fresher with good communication can also apply).

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle.
