Recruiter will source the quality of resumes from Job portals and from all social media network. Scrutinize the profiles thoroughly. Should go through the JD properly.
Responsibility Deliverable
1. End to end recruitment.
2. Tele calls to source the quality of resumes according to client requirement.
3. Develop advisory skills and gain the knowledge how to scrutinize candidate attitude, ability, skills and their commitment
Tasks & Activities
End to end recruitment
· Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and joining.
Tele-Calling
· Spending 6 hours per day on calling until get the quality profiles according to Client requirement.
· Sharing the shortlisted resumes to hiring manager with the Tracker.
· Set up second round interviews with the hiring manager.
· Following up with the client/hiring manager and with candidates.
Meeting Co-ordination
· Write emails professionally to share any information to the prospective client to seek about the requirements.
· Write emails professionally to all hiring manager and candidates.
· Being the communication bridge between the prospective Client and the candidates to ensure accuracy from interview schedules to joining formalities.
Measurement Metrics
· No of relevant profiles per day, week and per month.
· No of shortlisted Candidates per day, week & per month.
· No of closures per week & per month.
· No of joinee per week & per month.
