Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will assist with daily HR operations, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and support recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Screen and call candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain interview schedules and HR records.
• Send emails and follow up with candidates.
• Update and maintain recruitment data in Excel.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper coordination and management of HR activities.
Requirements
• Pursuing or completed a specialization in Human Resources (HR).
• 3 months to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must have a personal laptop.
