Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Stay updated on labor laws, HR trends, and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry or technical roles if applicable].
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus.
