Job Role- HR Recruiter - Female

Location- Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Here is the job description for you-

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms.)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person.

 Here Role and Responsibility

• Look after the end to end recruitment

• Source cvs from different job portals

• take telephonic interview and conduct interview

• make outbound call and explain job descriptions to candidates

• We need only female candidates

• Hr recruiter has to do 10 to 15 Lineup on a daily basis

• Hr recruiter has to give at least 5 joining from 1st month of your joining and it will be increased gradually.

• Salary - 12 k to 15 k in hand + unlimited incentive + Performance Bonus + Laptop + Mobile
