Hire 4–6 suitable candidates every month as per company requirements and salary structure.
Source candidates from different job portals, social platforms, and referrals to maintain a strong hiring pipeline.
Screen and shortlist profiles from existing candidate databases across multiple platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to clearly define job roles, responsibilities, and interview questions.
Create simple Google Forms or screening questions to filter unqualified candidates before interviews.
Conduct initial screening calls to check candidate experience, communication skills, and job fit.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities with internal teams.
