Job Description:

• Manage daily HR and administrative operations.

• Handle employee attendance, leaves, and maintain HR records.

• Coordinate recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.

• Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HRMS data.

• Support payroll processing with attendance and leave details.

• Handle office administration tasks (stationery, assets, housekeeping coordination).

• Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

• Ensure company policies are followed.
