Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions to source the right candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Use job portals, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely updates on recruitment status.
• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Requirements:
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year in recruitment.
Skills & Competencies:
• Support the HR team in additional tasks related to recruitment and employee engagement.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) is an added advantage.
