Roles and Responsibilities – HR Hiring Process

Understand job requirements and coordinate with management for manpower needs
Post job openings on free and paid job portals, social media, and local networks
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, online, or in-person)
Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
Follow up with selected candidates till joining
Assist in new employee onboarding and document collection
Maintain HR files and attendance records
Support basic admin and office coordination work
