HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Resume Hubs to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from clients/hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/online screening to assess candidate suitability.

• Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and role fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.

• Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and offer-related communication.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and reduce dropouts.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working Monday to Saturday.
