Job Responsibilities
o Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
o Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
o Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
o Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
o Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
o Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer letters.
o Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
o Ensure timely closure of vacancies and support employee onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
o 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
o Good communication and coordination skills.
o Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
o Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
