Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Handle bulk hiring requirements for Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Telecalling, and Customer Relationship roles.

• Recruit for corporate and support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Administration.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure smooth offer rollouts.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, BFSI, Sales, or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.
