Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 1 years of recruitment experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals
