Job Title: HR & Placement Coordinator
Location: Thane (2min walking from Station)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Freshers not eligible)
Requirement: Must have knowledge of IT hiring
Look For Mumbai base Candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate with companies for hiring needs, tie-ups, and placement drives
Organize campus activities, seminars, and interview sessions
Manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities
Conduct soft skills training (Interview skills, GD, HR rounds)
Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance
Support internship programs and student placements

Qualifications:

MBA in HR (preferred)
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Experience in recruitment, HR, or consultancy
Strong communication and coordination skills
