Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help attract top talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and processes.
