Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing the candidates from various sources like job portals, Database, references etc.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Foster long-term relation with candidates using Rapport building skills
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Ready to perform in a target based environment
Required Qualification:
A minimum Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Must have 0-1 years of experience in International calling or recruitment
Must reside in Ahmedabad
Must have stability, long-term goals and desire to learn and grow along with the company.
5 days working with compulsory weekends off
