Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify, attract, and source qualified candidates using professional networks, online platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), job boards, and internal databases.
Job Description Creation:
Write comprehensive and compelling job descriptions for technical roles to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and the company.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with IT team leaders and hiring managers to understand department goals, forecast hiring needs, and align on candidate requirements.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential IT candidates for future hiring needs.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers and manage the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Networking:
Participate in tech conferences, meetups, and industry events to network with IT professionals and build relationships with potential candidates.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on technology trends, products, and the competitive talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT job roles.
Sourcing Tools:
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools and platforms.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
